Hi,
Am yogesh sapte currently doing BE in Pune. My hometown is nashik n is proper from PETH (nashik) .I wanted to tell u the condition of adivasi samaj in my area.
The condition of our people is very bad in this area. Very few percent of peoples leaving their good life. This place is not so developed as compared to thane, dahanu, yet there is no internet no ATM. It's very small town. Peoples (adivasi) r leaving very backward life there .more than 90% is adivasi population. Mostly belongs to warali.
In my last vacation I visited this place n tried to get together adivasi youngster. There is college up to 12th (arts, comers) n graduation in art only. There is also ITI institute. most of the people learn up to 12th (if they pass) n very few peoples complete their graduation ,the reason is they don't have enough money to afford education or they don't give importance to learn further n starts doing work in farms or join any company as helper /worker or do whatever they can do to get their daily bread-butter . Most of my relative's r BA n doing any work. The peoples doing comers got to come at nashik to complete graduation. The educational atmosphere is very bad in this area. Nearly the same condition in harasul n suragana taluka.
I visited some young's n observed that they have very low attitude, low confidence. I wanted to give them confidence, I wanted to put them in to this competition world so that they can also have good life style. But I don't know how dose all this going to happen??
I have made group of some young's n planning to do something good for our peoples. Please guide me n give some ideas.

yes, in dahanu area aslo same situation,
so for same reason we are forming group, this is initial stage, to connect with many peoples & to know the diffierent opinions we are created some forums, communitites, etc as there are many students want do some thing for our samaj but they dont know what to do, so we are connectiong these peoples to our society.
so we will connect many peoples of same thinking then this energy we will use to gueide & help out new students.

list out, what excactly you want to do....
like, 1. education of sudents
2. career of students
3. helping to poor peoples
4. guiedence for job....... etc
there are lot of things to do. consider your strenghth, capability etc
but first identify what exactly you want to do, then find out steps to do for these thnigs, according to your resources.
intial things is to have common understanding with group members & the members should be ready to do any activity for samaj.
expected things for your group
1. form group (with same interest, just dont consider nos. see the qualities)
2. have good understanding among all group members
3. create clear vision for your group
3. identify things to do.
4. assign resposibilities to all members
5. connect with many peoples
6. share your experience with all
7. help needy students to achive there goal (financial or non financial)
8. evaluate your self & change according to condition to get better result.
this is the genaral idea.....
